I registered with an authorization code but cannot run lessons. Why?

If you've created an account at CALI and used an authorization code but still cannot access CALI lessons please check the following:

  1. Have your school's Authorization Code handy. Contact your school's Authorization Code Contact if you need your school's Code.
  2. Login to your account at www.cali.org.
  3. In the right menu column (under your name or login username) click "My Profile."
  4. Click the "Edit" link to edit your account.
  5. Scroll down to the text box labeled "Authorization Code" filled with the word "GUEST." If you don't see this box or it's filled with your school's name, confirm that you've 'Agreed' to the license.
  6. If it says GUEST, type in your school's Authorization Code, and hit 'Tab' to verify the code.
  7. Select your year of graduation or staff/faculty group from the list that appears then scroll down and click save.
  8. If you do not see options to choose your graduation year you may have an incorrect authorization code or a JavaScript/ad blocker.
  9. If none of these options work, please contact us and include the email you used to register, your school's name and the authorization code you were given.
