link to support manual for CA is broken

From this page - http://www2.cali.org/index.php?fuseaction=teaching.caliauthordownload the text that says "CALI Author Manual and Help -- Browse the CALI Author Manual and Help file. This online help is included when you download CALI Author." the link is broken. It seems to me that there should be a direct link from Tools/CALI Author page (maybe just below the "download CA here link") to the manual. Deb
