Wendy Davis

Wendy B. Davis graduated from Boston College Law School in 1985, magna cum laude. She worked at the law firms of Hamblett & Kerrigan in Nashua, New Hampshire; Peabody & Brown in Boston, Massachusetts; and Bingham, Dana & Gould in Boston Massachusetts. From 1990-1996, she was employed by Shawmut Bank, N.A., as a Vice President. She has taught undergraduate courses at Suffolk University, Daniel Webster College, New England College of Finance, and Northeastern University.

She has been on the faculty at Suffolk University Law School, the Appalachian School of Law (where she served as Dean of Students in 2002-2004), Roger Williams University School of Law, Albany Law School, Southern New England School of Law, and University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth Law School. Her articles have been published by Columbia Business Law Review, American University Law Review, Creighton Law Review, Stetson Law Review, Akron Law Review, Seattle University Law Review, University of Texas Journal of Civil Liberties, among others. Her casebooks, Aviation Law: Cases and Problems, and Mergers and Acquisitions: Cases and Problems, were published by William S. Hein & Co. She served as a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in 1980-1981.
