Linda O. Smiddy is a Vermont Law School Professor of Law and the Director of the School's International and Comparative Programs. She is the co-author, with Larry D. Soderquist, A. A. Sommer, Jr., and Pat K.Chew, of the casebook Corporations and Other Business Organizations:Cases, Materials, Problems, Lexis Publishing and of Corporate Law & Practice, published by the Practising Law Institute. Professor Smiddy was awarded an honorary degree from the University of Paris 13. Her course subjects include Business Organizations, Contracts and Comparative Law.
