Darla Jackson is the Research and Electronic Services Librarian for the University of Oklahoma College of Law Donald E. Pray Law Library. Prior to joining the OU Law Library staff, she was the Practice Management Advisor for the Oklahoma Bar Association. She has served as the Director of the Law Library of the University of South Dakota School of Law and the Associate Law Library Director at Oklahoma City University School of Law. Before entering law librarianship, she was a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Air Force. In addition to her M.L.I.S and J.D., Darla holds an LL.M. in International Law. Her research focuses on international human rights, military law, comparative law, international commercial arbitration, empirical research, and the impact of technology on the information seeking behavior of legal professionals and law students. She has spoken extensively and published works on these topics.
