Prof. Estreicher graduated from Bryn Mawr, A.B. 1970 cum laude praeter morem, and Columbia Law School, J.D., where she was 1981 Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and Articles Editor of the Law Review. She clerked for the Honorable Eugene H. Nickerson, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York. Although her primary teaching/research areas are corporate and securities law, Professor Estreicher also enjoys teaching Property, which she describes as "wonderfully pedagogically diverse, involving all the essential lawyering skills." She teaches Corporate & Securities Law: Advanced Topics; Corporations; Property; Securities Arbitration Clinic; and Securities Regulation.
