The lesson explores the concept of title in UCC Article 2.

Learning Outcomes

On completion of the lesson, the student will be able to:

  1. Determine when title passes in a sale of goods transaction.
  2. Distinguish between good title, voidable title, and void title.
  3. Analyze whether the warranty of good title has been given and whether it has been breached.
  4. Determine who has title when goods are entrusted.
