Judicial Ethics and Conduct - Chapter 6 Review Questions

These questions review the materials covered in Chapter Six of the textbook Judicial Ethics and Conduct, available from CALI's eLangdell website. The subject matter covered includes: judges' extrajudicial activities and campaigns for judicial office.

Learning Outcomes
On completion of the lesson, the student will be able to:
1. Provide examples of extrajudicial organizations that a judge may not belong to.
2. Provide examples of when a judge cannot serve as a character witness.
3. Define who a judge may represent in a lawsuit.
4. Explain the limits of statements that a judicial candidate can make during her campaign.
